Habitat for Humanity Upper Fraser Valley needs volunteers. Volunteers drive our cause forward by building homes, doing salvage work, doing home renovations and repairs, working in the ReStore, helping out during special events and working on various committees.

On a Construction Site:

Spend a day building homes for families in need, help salvage valuable goods from demolition sites or help fix up homes in your community. No construction experience needed, just enthusiasm!

At the ReStore:

Use your creativity to create appealing displays and keep the ReStore fresh and inviting or help us out fixing, repairing and refinishing donated items. Individual and group opportunities available every day of the week!

At Special Events:

If swinging a hammer isn’t your style, you can get involved by participating in special events like our annual triathlon, our gala event, trade shows, as well as community and fundraising events. You will also be able to help out with the office work that goes into planning these events if you wish.

In the Office:

If you are inclined to do data entry, answer phones and do general office administrative duties then perhaps the office would be a great place for your talents.

On Committees:

If you like to be a guiding force, then a committee is for you. As a committee member you will be able to play a vital role in guiding Habitat for Humanity. Committee members with about a year of experience may also be voted to the Board if they are interested in have an even greater impact.
